I am Alejandro García, Chef and manager of Geoda Arrocería.
After finishing higher cooking studies in Granada, I decided to finish my training at Quique da Costa Restaurante with 3 Michelin stars in Denia.
It was there where my passion for cooking discovered and acquired new nuances of the impressive world of rice and the reason for being Geoda Arrocería.
